Bernadette Leonard is an award-winning salon owner with more than 30 years of business experience, guest speaking, teaching, and community fundraising. She is recognized as a top businesswoman, receiving the Women Who Make a Mark Award, Aveda Master of Arts Award, and Global Humanitarian Award.
As a leadership training consultant at business and wellness symposiums, hair shows, beauty schools, and training functions, Bernadette has shared her ideas and concepts with organizations, business leaders, students, and rising stars all over the world, leaving a legacy for future generations to be the best they can be.
Jacque was influenced at an early age, being inspired by her mother’s passion and excitement for the industry and eduction was the main reason she wanted to become a hairdresser. She got her start with an assisting job in Atlanta and feel in love with what she was doing instantly. She started traveling the world to further her education. She trained with renown stylist in Paris, Belgium, Chicago and New York. Her knowledge and training earned a trust with her clients and within the industry allowing her to teach with in the industry. She has a passion for traveling and learning more everyday. She was trained extensively with the French technique of highlight, balayage, as well as French Cutting and Blow-drying. In 2016, she attended New York Loreal’s Professionnel Academy, completing her Balayage Certification Program. She has made it her personal mission, to make every woman feel more beautiful than they did before sitting in her chair. Her love for serving the Lord and others show in her every day work.
